BARKS is a "Flyer Friendly" (try saying that 3 times as fast as you can) RC flying club that is dedicated to promoting the hobby of flying Radio Controlled Aircraft and helping the new comer earn their wings. If you are new to the RC Modeling, or just thinking about it, make contact with one of the officers or the webmaster and arrange to come and be with us for a while. RDRC is one of the oldest clubs in NC, having been in existence since 1962. RDRC is AMA Chartered Club #733, and IMAA Charter #724. The members of RDRC have a wide range of interests including Giant Scale, Sport Scale, Sail Planes, Electric Flight, Helicopters, and Sport Flying. We welcome beginners as well as experienced modelers.
