1. How do I place an order with Hungates?
   

   You may place an order on our web site, by phone, mail or FAX. For more information call our customer service at 1-800-356-3289.

2. Which types of payment do you take?

   We accept Visa and Master Card Credit Cards, as well as pay-pal, personal checks (must wait 10 business days for personal checks to clear) and money orders. For more information call our Customer Service at 1-800-356-3289.

3. Why can't I view the items in my shopping cart and/or proceed to checkout?

   Although rare, any problem you might encounter with the Hungate's Shopping Cart is likely browser-related. If you do experience any unexpected results with shopping cart, please refresh your browser. If you are still having problems after refreshing your browser please contact the webmaster at josh@hungates.com.

4. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

   If you have placed an order with Hungates recently and need some information, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receipt, modifications may not always be possible depending on how much time has already elapsed. You may check on the status of recently placed orders by contacting our Customer Service department at 1-800-356-3289.

5. How will my order ship?

   Hungate's will ship ground orders within the US by either UPS or USPS whichever is cheapest enabling us to pass the savings back to you the customer.

6. Do you accept international orders? I've tried to place an order & your webpage will not accept it.

   We will accept international orders, however our website is not configured to accept an international order. You must call customer service at: 1-800-356-3289 or email customerservice@hungates.com to place your order. We generally ship USPS Priority International or USPS First Class International & can provide you with a shipping quote. If you live in Canada, we can accept a credit card payment...however all other countries must pay via paypal.
