Price and/or Description Errors/Changes

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other Hungates.com publications are subject to change without notice. Hungates.com maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Hungates.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. We do our best to avoid any of these types of errors but they can on occasion happen. If you see an error then please let us know, we often send one-time discount coupons for this!

Damaged Merchandise (during shipping)

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping, which should be visible through ripped, torn or crushed shipping containers. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our customer service line immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork. Taking digital pictures of the damage will also help your claim. If you attempt to return the merchandise without proper return information you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Tax

Any internet business must charge tax in the state or states that they are located. For us this currently includes North Carolina and Virginia. Tax is always charged at the current sales tax rate of that respective state. Visit our Retail Locations page if you wish to visit us!
